S&C SESSIONS AT RENEGADE
Our Strength & Conditioning sessions focus on a multitude of different exercises spread across various classes providing all participants with a solid, mixed workout throughout the week. We offer classes in BURN, IRON, POWER, BLITZ, BOXBLAST, SQUAT SATURDAY and BOOTCAMP. Aimed at all abilities and fitness levels these sessions will get you closer to your fitness goals. At Renegade Fitness Academy we train complete beginners all the way up to professional athletes, using functional movement and conditioning methods that can not only be applied to improving every day life, but also be applied to an individual’s specific sporting needs. OUR STRENGTH & CONDITIONING INSTRUCTORS
Sam Walker is a level 3 personal trainer and level 4 strength & conditioning coach. He has a keen passion for fitness and trains complete beginners looking to gain a basic level of fitness, all the way up to professional athletes looking to fine tune their performance and take their sport to new levels. He is always working to improve his own game and set an example to his clients as he helps them do the same.
Sam Williams is very passionate about the fitness industry and enjoys many aspects. He focuses mainly on strength training in the style of power lifting but still enjoys going back to his roots of a good old bodybuilding workout. He is always striving to learn, as well as improve his coaching methods to help others achieve their ambitions.
