S&C SESSIONS AT RENEGADE
Our Strength & Conditioning sessions focus on a multitude of different exercises spread across various classes providing all participants with a solid, mixed workout throughout the week. We offer classes in BURN, IRON, POWER, BLITZ, BOXBLAST, SQUAT SATURDAY and BOOTCAMP. Aimed at all abilities and fitness levels these sessions will get you closer to your fitness goals. At Renegade Fitness Academy we train complete beginners all the way up to professional athletes, using functional movement and conditioning methods that can not only be applied to improving every day life, but also be applied to an individual’s specific sporting needs.
