On the ground floor is our commercial gym which is an officially recognised Hammer Strength Training Centre, equipped with cardio machines, free weights, & plate and pin loaded resistance machines. On the first floor we have our award-winning Martial Arts Academy equipped with a large matted area, two 18ft boxing rings and a variety of punch, wall and aqua bags.
